REFUND POLICY
Thank you for choosing us to bring your vacation dreams to life! If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase. We invite you to review our policy on refunds as outlined below.
DEFINITION OF TERMS
For the purpose of the return policy:
Company (also referred to as either “the Company”, “We”, “Us” or “Our” in the Agreement) refers to Tour Dun JamRock.
Order means a request made by You to purchase a Tour/Tour Package from Us.
Cancellation refers to the act of ending a monetary transaction with Us that is currently in effect.
YOUR CANCELLATION RIGHTS
The following terms are applicable for any tour/ tour package that you purchased with us.
The deadline for canceling an order is 14 days from the date on which the order was placed.
Once an order is placed a non-refundable 50% deposit is required for application processing.
To submit a cancellation request you must send us an email at tourdunjamrockja@gmail.com with the subject heading “RE: TOUR PACKAGE REFUND”. Be sure to include your name, reasons for cancellation, and proof of payment within the body of the email. It is the responsibility of the buyer to verify that the email was sent to the correct email address as instructed.
